This artwork was created by the Grade 4 learners from the Anna Foundation’s Lorraine after-school project. Drawing inspiration from their surroundings, the children used pink peppercorns from a nearby pepper tree, along with rooibos tea, coloured sand, protea cutouts, oats, fabric, paper, and a button to bring their vision to life. They also added details with coloured pencils, blending natural textures with hand-drawn elements.
The result is a beautifully layered piece that reflects both creativity and a connection to the local landscape.
Framed in with a glass cover, the A1 artwork (63cm x 88cm)is neatly finished and ready to display. By purchasing it through Artforcharity, you’re supporting the Anna Foundation’s mission to empower rural children through education, sport and life skills.
